culturezoo, llc wrote this document to explain to you how your information is protected, collected and used. This document may be updated from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes to this privacy policy on the audiozue blog.
1. Your privacy
- We only run text-based ads. We don't run banner ads, pop ups or pop unders - only evil sites run those.
- We don't share your email, name or any other person info with other companies.
- We don't employ identity tracking devices for marketing purposes.
- Cookies. If you register and log in with audiozue, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. We only use cookies to verify your identity and do not use them to track your activity. By disabling cookies in your browser you will not be able to login or browse audiozue as a registered user.
- By registering with audiozue your username or display name (if specified) is displayed publicly. We may display your name on other culturezoo brand sites (there's about 3 others) but we will make every effort to obtain your consent before doing so.
- The information that you provide in your display profile is displayed publicly.
- Your music library data is displayed publicly.
2. Data we collect
- We do collect your music library information for display on audiozue.com.
- We collect the supplied identification information for display
- Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp.
3. Data we store
- Your music library information is stored in our database.
- Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely.
- Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
4. Archiving and display of user music libraries/profiles by search engines and other sites
Search engines and other sites not affiliated with audiozue - including google.com - archive or otherwise make available audiozue user library information and profile information.
5. Circumstances in which culturezoo may release information
- culturezoo may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.
